Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
Azalea Software LLC provides a one-time paid MMS containing the purchaser’s custom text and selected animal image. Delivery timing and carrier support are not guaranteed.
You may use the service only when you have permission to contact the recipient. Do not send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, explicit, infringing, or spam content. We may refuse or block abusive orders.
Standard text message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency is one message per order. The purchaser is responsible for the message content and recipient information they provide.
If payment succeeds but the MMS cannot be submitted for delivery, contact info@azaleasoftware.net with the Stripe receipt reference so the order can be reviewed.
