Azalea Software LLC collects the recipient phone number, selected animal, custom message, consent attestation, payment reference, and MMS delivery status needed to provide the service.
We use this information to process the purchase, send the requested one-time MMS, prevent abuse, resolve delivery problems, and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Telnyx processes the phone number, message, and image to deliver the MMS.
Message content and recipient numbers are scheduled for deletion after 30 days when no longer needed for delivery or dispute handling. Limited transaction and compliance records may be retained longer when required by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share or sell mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact info@azaleasoftware.net.
